
Hi there, I’m Dr. Tera, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping women navigate the many emotional landscapes of life including anxiety, OCD, motherhood, chronic health issues, loss, and now, the profound transition of perimenopause.
After decades of supporting women through life’s biggest changes, I found myself in the midst of my own perimenopause and realized how many of us are silently struggling with the mental and emotional ripple effects of shifting hormones. The anxiety, the irritability, the brain fog, shifting identity, body image struggles, the loss of motivation or joy these are real, biologically driven experiences that deserve compassionate understanding and informed care.
As the founder of Mindful Path Psychological Services, I am credentialed through PSYPACT to provide telehealth-based psychological care in 43 U.S. states. Through individual and group therapy, I help women reclaim their calm, confidence, and sense of connection during this phase of life. My approach blends evidence-based psychology with real-life empathy because I’m not just a clinician, I’m a woman walking this same path.
