Hi, My name is Anne-Marie, and I am thrilled to be part of this wonderful community.

I live in North Wales with my husband, daughter, two dogs, and three cats.


My journey with anxiety began when I experienced a breakdown in 2015. I had just left a physically and mentally abusive relationship. I was at rock bottom.


What I really wanted—what I really needed—was someone to hold my hand, guide me through, and help me find my way back. Apart from close family and friends (who had never experienced what I was going through), I had no other support. I had to find my own way.


It took six long years before I could finally say that I was in control, that I was finally living my life, doing the things I wanted to do, and spending time with those I loved.


It has become my soul purpose to help women release anxiety and overcome overwhelm, to help them find themselves, and to love and accept themselves for who they are.


Understanding how our hormones can also affect our mental health made a huge difference to me. It helped me make lifestyle changes that supported my hormone health.


I take a holistic approach to helping women in four key areas: physical, mental, spiritual, and social—using a combination of CBT techniques, mindfulness practices, self-care, and creating daily positive habits.


By creating the right environment within ourselves, we promote healthy gut and hormone health, which supports us through the transitions and phases that women go through.


It is my intention that no woman should ever feel alone or struggle in silence. This is why I love being part of this community, and I feel blessed to support the amazing women within it.
