
Hi, I'm Bonnie — a qualified hypnotherapist, former mental health nurse, and someone who truly understands how life can turn upside down during perimenopause.
I spent years working in the NHS, supporting people through emotional distress and complex mental health challenges. But when perimenopause crept up on me, I didn't see it coming. The anxiety, brain fog, irritability, and sudden sense that I couldn't cope felt like they came out of nowhere. I honestly thought I was falling apart — and it took a lot of late-night Googling before I realised what was really going on.
That experience changed everything. I'm now post-menopausal, but the impact of those years stays with me — and it's what drives the work I do today.
I help women untangle the emotional chaos of midlife — whether it's anxiety that won't let up, mood swings that feel out of character, food struggles, insomnia, or just that nagging feeling that you've lost yourself. My approach blends clinical know-how with lived experience and plenty of kindness — using hypnotherapy, nervous system support, nutritional guidance, and gentle mindset work.
