Hi! I’m Helen.


My own experience with perimenopause, including being misdiagnosed with depression and facing a lack of available information, led me to seek out resources, support, and practical strategies to help manage my symptoms. Through this journey, I have developed a deep passion for helping other women understand what is happening and support them on their own journey. This stage of our lives often brings stress and challenges, whether you’re managing a demanding career, supporting your family, or focusing on your personal growth, the physical and emotional challenges of peri and post-menopause can be daunting.



My mission is to help you reclaim your vitality, confidence, and joy during this transformative time.

With my training as a Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, I help women focus on mindset, self-compassion, mental health and emotional wellbeing. I truly believe this phase can be one of self discovery and positive change and it absolutely should not be a time of suffering.



I offer one-to-one support, group programmes, and engaging learning opportunities, I’m here to offer real guidance and practical tools to help you navigate menopause with confidence. Whether we’re working together one-on-one, in a group setting, or through a workshop, my focus is always on making sure you feel truly seen, understood, and empowered throughout your menopause journey.
