I am a medical doctor, certified menopause coach, and founder of SPARRK Life Coaching. My work focuses on a critical gap in menopause care: what happens when symptoms disrupt daily life, but women are given no clear guidance on how to manage them.
I created SPARRK to support women who are told to cope rather than helped to improve their health.
I support women whose menopause symptoms affect daily functioning, including sleep, concentration, mood, energy, work, and confidence in their body. This includes women using HRT and those who are not. My work focuses on the practical, day-to-day impact of menopause, an area that sits outside traditional medical care but is central to women’s quality of life.
My approach is shaped by experience on both sides of the system. After developing chronic pain following long COVID, and later going through treatment-induced menopause after breast cancer at the age of 36, I experienced what many women encounter. Symptoms were acknowledged, but there was no structure, no roadmap, and no support for daily functioning. Even with medical training, I had to actively build that missing layer myself.
To do this work properly, I completed over 500 hours of specialist training in menopause coaching, chronic pain management, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, nervous system regulation, cognitive behavioural approaches, breathwork, life coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, and EFT tapping.
SPARRK is the coaching framework that underpins my work. It is lifestyle-focused and deliberately multi-angle. We work across nutrition, physical activity, sleep, nervous system regulation, mindset, behaviour, and identity.
It’s about empowering women and giving them the tools they can use to build long lasting change.
Through SPARRK, I provide the structured support that is rarely offered to women in menopause. My work is coaching-led, evidence-informed, and designed to sit alongside healthcare by addressing what medicine does not: how women function, adapt, and regain confidence in daily life.
Menopause does not need to be endured or minimised. With the right support, it can become a turning point rather than a decline.
