I became a physical therapist to help people stay active. However, working in typical outpatient clinics, I quickly saw the flaws in the healthcare system. I grew frustrated treating multiple patients at once and watching technicians do my job. Insurance companies often act reactively, rather than focusing on prevention, leading to more serious issues down the road.
Determined to provide better care, I’ve dedicated myself to helping peri- and postmenopausal women—who often don’t get the attention they deserve—achieve their health goals. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. My programs are tailored to the unique needs of the amazing women I work with, creating a safe, empowering environment where you can thrive, no matter your starting point.
Beyond physical strength, mindset plays a key role in my approach. I guide women in overcoming mental barriers, helping them build the confidence and resilience needed to achieve their health and fitness goals.
