Sarah Wilde is a Sleep Coach & Psychotherapist who specialises in insomnia and anxiety. Having suffered from insomnia twice herself (once after having a baby and again when perimenopause hit), Sarah now specialises in helping women to sleep better so that they have more energy and better health. Sarah uses proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI) together with mindfulness & hypnosis to get you sleeping better at night. CBTI is the recommended first line approach to insomnia by the NHS (UK) and American College of Physicians (USA) – but few people have heard of it! It’s her mission to let everyone know about the best way to fix insomnia to stop the suffering caused by poor sleep.

Sarah is a Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Mindfulness Teacher and is fully qualified, registered and insured. Sarah was previously a lawyer working in the City of London, UK and in corporate. In her spare time (which is about 1 hour every 6 months), she enjoys lino cut printing.
