I use a unique combination of medical expertise, specialist training, and lived experience to offer practical tools that work together, not in isolation. Menopause symptoms don’t arise from one system alone. They reflect changes across hormonal balance, the nervous system, sleep, stress response, metabolism, and mental health. That’s why single-angle approaches rarely lead to lasting improvement.
This programme is intentionally multi-layered, bringing together lifestyle strategies that work across these systems rather than in isolation. My approach works across all the angles that really make a difference in menopause: lifestyle, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress regulation, mindset….
