Part two - Wheel of Life, this helps you identify where your actual stress is, rather than thinking its everything, that way you can start coming up with goals to over come and lessen that areas stress.
Part three - a free 20minute call with me, to talk through your results, and help you with goal setting and overcoming the barriers that will crop up to help you reach your goals.
